General Provisions
No Win, No Fee Guarantee
At Avioza, we operate on a truly risk-free basis. You will pay absolutely nothing to submit your claim, and we only charge a fee if we successfully recover compensation from the airline. If your claim is unsuccessful for any reason, you will not be charged a single euro — that is our promise to you.
Our Commission Structure
We believe in transparent pricing. Our fee is a simple 25% of the total compensation amount recovered from the airline. This fee is only charged if your claim is successful, and it covers all our services including communication with airlines, managing paperwork, and guiding you through the entire process.

Value Added Tax (VAT)
All fees mentioned include VAT where applicable. The exact VAT amount will be clearly specified in all documentation provided to you. VAT rates are applied according to current tax regulations in the relevant jurisdiction.
Payment Process
Once your compensation is secured, we prioritise getting your payment to you quickly and securely. You will have several convenient options to receive your funds:
Bank Transfer: Receive your compensation directly to your bank account. For your convenience, standard bank transfer fees are applied to the final amount, ensuring a hassle-free process.
Digital Payments: Choose from popular digital payment methods for faster processing. Any transaction fees are simply deducted from the final payment to streamline the process.
Note: To ensure transparent and efficient processing, any bank transfer or transaction fees are handled as part of the payment process and deducted from the final compensation amount. This allows us to process your payment without delays.
